Keynote Speaker

Leslie Coleman is a nationally respected executive leader, Global Human Resources strategist, and transformational nonprofit board chair with more than two decades of experience supporting Fortune-level organizations across 57+ countries and 8 global business sectors. She currently serves as Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA), one of the nation's premier organizations advancing Black professionals, entrepreneurs, and future leaders.

In addition to her board leadership, Leslie is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Inclusive Consulting, where she delivers high-impact solutions in human capital strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and workforce transformation. She also serves as Senior Vice President of Development for The Benefits Solutions Group, where she drives strategic growth, partnerships, revenue expansion, and innovative benefits solutions that strengthen employer and employee outcomes nationwide.

Leslie is the Founder and Owner of Resume Executive, a career coaching and development firm dedicated to empowering professionals at every career stage through executive branding, career strategy, and advancement coaching.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with a minor in Psychology from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and a Master's Degree in Psychology and Research from the University of Memphis, where she graduated with honors. She is a published author, including her academic work "Self-Theories".

A former President of the National Black MBA Association – Memphis Chapter, Leslie continues to serve on multiple national and civic boards, including 4-H National Board, YWCA, Tennessee State University, TAG, and the prestigious Orpheum Theatre of Memphis. Her leadership spans corporate, educational, cultural, and nonprofit institutions, reflecting her deep commitment to community impact and generational advancement.

Leslie's passion for service and workforce empowerment led her to launch Operation Resume Rescue in 2005, a grassroots initiative created to support Hurricane Katrina survivors by providing free career coaching, resume development, and job placement assistance in shelters, churches, and community centers. Her work has transformed thousands of lives through mentorship, career access, and professional development.

Together with her twin sister, Lori, Leslie co-founded the Lannie R. Swanigan Scholarship Fund, supporting first-year college students pursuing four-year degrees and building pathways to academic and professional success.

Leslie is the proud mother of two sons – Luke, a pilot, and Lane, a sophomore at Mississippi State University – and continues to balance executive leadership with mentorship, philanthropy, and advocacy for equity and opportunity.

Her personal motto, "Forward to the possibilities," reflects her unwavering commitment to progress, empowerment, and creating impact that extends far beyond the boardroom.
